Partial Rent Payment:
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $100.00 and a
partial rent payment is required along with your application. A
lease agreement will then be sent to you for your signature. Your
rent payments are explained in this application and your lease. If
you are signing up after a rent payment due date, the deposit and
payment are due with the application. $75 of the deposit is
refundable and will be returned at the end of the semesters signed
up for, if the room and apartment is left clean.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must accompany a written explanation. A $75 fee will be charged on all cancellations. No refunds will be made without 60 days notice prior to beginning contract date. If you decide to cancel 60 days or less from the beginning contract date, you are responsible for selling your contract.
